What you'll do

Build AI pipelines to automate the standardization of clinical trial data into FDA/SDTM regulatory formats.
Architect and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to map clinical documentation to OMOP Common Data Models.
Develop automated ETL SQL scripts to populate database tables and replace manual mapping processes.
Create vocabulary resolution systems to map clinical codes like LOINC and MedDRA to standardized concept IDs.
Implement multi-layer data quality validation checks and generate automated reports for every ETL run.
Design full-stack applications featuring React frontends, Python backends, and interactive dashboards in Qlik Sense or Power BI.
Develop machine learning models for semantic classification and unsupervised clustering of medical terminology.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams and student cohorts to deliver technical clinical data tools.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
Proficiency in Python and SQL programming.
Experience building applications with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
Familiarity with clinical data standards like OMOP CDM, CDISC SDTM, LOINC, and MedDRA (RxNorm preferred).
Experience developing data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI or Qlik Sense.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers or student cohorts.
Strong written and oral English communication skills for presenting technical work to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with distributed data systems, full-stack development, or machine learning methods (preferred).
