What you'll do

  • Define and implement IT/OT infrastructure architecture focusing on hyper-converged systems and advanced networking.
  • Ensure robust compliance with industry standards and regulations such as GxP, FDA, and NIST CSF.
  • Manage service providers to meet SLAs and act as escalation point for major incidents.
  • Lead the design and documentation of infrastructure across networking, compute, and security domains.
  • Maintain data integrity and develop disaster recovery plans in a highly regulated environment.
  • Provide operational management for data center operations, network services, telecom, and asset management.

What we're looking for

  • At least 8 years of management experience in IT operations
  • Experience managing diverse technical teams including Helpdesk, Desktop, Server and Network staff
  • Expertise in developing and deploying SLAs and implementing ITIL practices
  • Strong background in Microsoft OS, particularly Server and GPO elements
  • Hands-on experience designing infrastructure architecture across networking, compute, and security domains
  • Demonstrated knowledge of security frameworks like NIST CSF or ISO 27001 in regulated environments
  • BS/BA in Information Technology or related field required
