What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from ideation through production.
  • Build and train ML models to solve business problems and validate them for fielding.

  • Design agentic AI solutions including multi-agent orchestration and intelligent routing.
  • Establish measurement frameworks using KPIs to track business impact and model performance.
  • Partner with legal teams to ensure responsible AI, privacy, and compliance.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years or Master’s degree with 8+ years in data science, computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Significant experience leading technical delivery in Agile environments, including backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
  • Hands-on experience as a lead data scientist, AI/ML engineer, data engineer, or solution architect delivering production solutions.
  • Strong understanding of ML methods, statistics, model validation, and evaluation techniques.
  • Practical knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps practices for production operations, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Databricks) and Python-based tooling in AI/ML development.
