As an Infrastructure Engineer for GlobalLink Technical Operations Team at US TechOps/DevOps, you will provide second-level support for critical applications and systems while building next-generation infrastructure to drive new initiatives. Your daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving complex issues across various technical domains such as servers, networks, and storage, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements. You will also execute change management tasks in production environments, contribute to migration efforts focusing on maintainability, performance, and high availability, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to enhance system resilience. Essential skills include experience with scripting languages like Python or BASH, Linux administration (RedHat/CentOS), web servers (Apache/NGINX), network concepts, cloud automation using AWS, CI/CD tools, Docker, Kubernetes, and a strong troubleshooting background. What we're looking for
3+ years of IT experience in infrastructure and operations support.
Proficiency in scripting/programming (Python, BASH, Ansible, Terraform).
Strong knowledge of web servers (Apache/NGINX) and Linux system administration.
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, including automation tools.
Familiarity with network concepts and troubleshooting across multiple layers.
Work experience on CI/CD tools and containerization technologies like Docker/Kubernetes.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
