Associate Director, Data/AI Solution Architect, US Commercial Digital Marketing

What you'll do

• Design end-to-end Data/AI solution architectures for digital marketing use cases, including predictive modeling and advanced analytics.
• Define data flows, modeling approaches, and integration patterns on AWS and Databricks platforms.
• Evaluate build vs. buy options to recommend tools and frameworks aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Develop solution blueprints and lifecycle maps to guide implementation from data creation to insight generation.
• Establish requirements for data quality, observability, and validation to ensure products are fit for AI and business decisions.
• Create and maintain technical artifacts including source-to-target flows, canonical data models, and semantic layers.
• Translate complex business needs into structured solution designs and technical delivery guardrails.
• Support engineering teams by defining feature inputs, model integration patterns, and operational requirements for production deployment.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree and ten years of experience, or a Master's Degree and eight years of experience, or a PhD and two years of experience.
• Significant experience designing data, analytics, and AI solutions with depth in architecture and advanced analytics.
• Proven experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, and analytics solution design.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Databricks platforms is strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of emerging data and AI architectures, tools, and analytics stacks.
• Previous experience designing solutions for Life Sciences Commercial Marketing and Sales digital platforms is required.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical designs while influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical partners.
