Associate Director, Data/AI Solution Architect, US Commercial Digital Marketing

What you'll do

• Determine end-to-end Data/AI solution architecture for digital marketing use cases and predictive modeling.
• Design data flows, modeling approaches, and integration patterns on AWS and Databricks platforms.
• Develop solution blueprints and lifecycle maps to guide implementation from data creation to insight generation.
• Define data quality, observability, and validation expectations for Commercial Digital data products.
• Maintain data architecture artifacts including source-to-target flows, canonical data models, and semantic layers.
• Translate business capability needs into well-structured solution designs and technical delivery guardrails.
• Support AI and data science teams by defining feature inputs and operational data requirements for production.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and architectural diagrams to support long-term maintainability.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree and ten years of experience, OR Master's Degree and eight years of experience, OR PhD and two years of experience.
• Previous experience designing solutions across Life Sciences Commercial Marketing & Sales digital platforms, content, or engagement data is required.
• Significant experience designing data, analytics, and AI solutions with demonstrated depth in architecture and advanced analytics (preferred).
• Proven experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, and analytics solution design (preferred).
• Hands-on experience on AWS and Databricks platforms (preferred).
• Deep understanding of emerging data and AI architectures, platforms, tools, and analytics stacks (preferred).
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical designs and influence stakeholders without direct authority (preferred).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills (preferred).
