What you'll do

  • Lead the enterprise measurement strategy for product management maturity, team health, and artifact quality across multiple business functions.
  • Develop a comprehensive measurement framework to distinguish meaningful signals of adoption and value from simple activity metrics.
  • Own the design and evolution of executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting mechanisms for leadership review.
  • Conduct regular assessments of product management capabilities to identify maturity gaps and areas requiring coaching or investment.
  • Translate complex data and qualitative insights into clear narratives that inform senior leadership decision-making.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure measurement systems are scalable, secure, and integrated with AI-native workflows.
  • Influence cross-functional partners to align on measurement standards and prioritize improvements to the product operating model.
  • Coach product managers on reporting, maturity assessment, and the creation of high-quality product artifacts.

What we're looking for

  • Must have one of: Doctorate with 3 years experience; Master’s with 7 years; Bachelor’s with 9 years; Associate’s with 12 years; or High school/GED with 14 years in relevant fields.
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience managing people, leading teams/projects, or directing resource allocation.
  • Experience must be in Digital Product, Product Management, Product Leadership, Digital Transformation, Technology Strategy, or related areas.
  • (preferred) 7+ years of progressive experience in product operations, digital product management, analytics, enterprise measurement, or technology strategy.
  • (preferred) Demonstrated ownership of complex product, operating-model, measurement, or transformation problems across multiple teams.
  • (preferred) Experience shaping measurement strategies, maturity models, adoption frameworks, and executive dashboards for product teams.
  • (preferred) Expert understanding of product management practices including roadmaps, OKRs, discovery, prioritization, and lifecycle management.
  • (preferred) Experience building reporting mechanisms using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Jira Align, Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint.
