Digital Product Manager

What you'll do

• Lead the interoperability strategy and client reporting capabilities for the data platform.
• Define the product vision and roadmap for bi-directional data exchange.
• Leverage healthcare standards like FHIR and C-CDA to establish connectivity between internal products and external systems.
• Establish connections with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and Health Information Exchanges (HIEs).
• Develop scalable reporting solutions specifically for health plan clients.
• Manage the integration of data across cross-functional teams including engineering, clinical, and legal departments.
• Engage directly with clients to meet their specific data and reporting needs.

What we're looking for

• Professional experience including in product-based roles focused on data products or platforms.
• Prior healthcare technology experience.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability and standard data exchange formats such as HL7, FHIR, and C-CDA.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with EMR integrations like Epic or Cerner (preferred).
• AI/ML experience or experience leveraging AI tools for automation (preferred).
• Snowflake experience (preferred).
