What you'll do

Provide IT system ownership and strategic technology consultation for R&D Discovery and Corporate Business units.
Analyze business processes to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements for technological improvements.
Develop and lead project plans to deliver technical capabilities that meet specific business objectives.
Manage the full software development lifecycle including testing, verification, validation, and documentation.
Identify and implement AI-enabled tools and automation to improve operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Proactively identify emerging technologies and evaluate alternative IT solutions to address evolving business needs.
Mitigate project risks by developing contingency plans and resolving scope issues for large-scale programs.
Act as a subject matter expert and liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of technical experience, Master’s plus 5 years, or PhD with no experience required.
Experience in IT system ownership and system implementation.
Proven experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
Proven experience collaborating with global engineering and design teams.
At least 2 years of experience leading project teams and stakeholder management in cross-functional environments.
Fluency in English as the designated global business language.
Experience with AI-enabled tools, automation, knowledge graph concepts, and semantic data structures.
Experience with Jira, Data Analytics, Vendor Relationship management, or a scientific/healthcare background (preferred).
