Associate, Business & Revenue Operations, Air Defense

What you'll do

• Build and iterate on planning, forecasting, and operational processes for the business line.
• Develop bespoke analyses and operating rhythms to improve data accuracy and reporting.
• Manage dynamic changes to forecasts in partnership with Business Development, Production, and Mission Operations.
• Maintain high standards of data hygiene across the growth pipeline.
• Transform large, imperfect datasets into structured insights and clear recommendations for leadership.
• Prepare concise, high-quality materials for executive reviews.

What we're looking for

• You must have 2+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or internal strategy and operations.
• You must be eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• You must possess excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with imperfect or incomplete data.
• You must have clear written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leaders.
• You must demonstrate high ownership, a result-oriented mindset, and humility.
• Experience with Salesforce data environments (preferred).
• Experience with Palantir Foundry, Looker, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms (preferred).
