Data Scientist

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI and agentic AI solutions using large language models and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Translate complex supply chain business problems into prioritized AI use cases, technical approaches, and delivery plans.
• Apply machine learning, statistical modeling, and time-series analysis to supply chain metrics like demand, inventory, and cost.
• Establish evaluation and monitoring frameworks for AI solutions to ensure accuracy, safety, and robustness.
• Collaborate with data engineers to develop trusted analytical datasets, reusable features, and data quality checks.
• Integrate data science capabilities into enterprise applications by working with software engineering and architecture teams.
• Provide technical guidance and reviews to data scientists and engineers while promoting reusable approaches across products.
• Communicate solution tradeoffs, risks, and business impacts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Master's degree with experience in Computer Science/IT or a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
• Associate's degree in a related field with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL for data analysis, machine learning, and AI solution development.
• Experience designing or developing GenAI and LLM capabilities like RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
• Strong foundation in machine learning, statistical analysis, time-series methods, and model evaluation.
• Experience progressing AI solutions into production using testing, version control, monitoring, and MLOps or LLMOps practices.
• Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning Certification (preferred).
• Experience with supply chain, manufacturing, or biotech analytics use cases (preferred).
