The position focuses on solving operational risks and improving speed to market by auditing communications, developing KPI reporting, and automating validation processes within the direct-to-consumer banking product area.

What you'll do

  • Execute and test marketing, servicing, and regulatory communications across multiple channels including email, direct mail, and in-app notifications.
  • Manage the communication execution calendar and project manage all tasks within the team queue.
  • Define campaign requirements for new customer communications in partnership with retention teams.
  • Troubleshoot and enhance communication systems by working closely with technology and product partners.
  • Perform manual auditing and validation of communications to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage third-party vendors to support communication deployment and account fulfillment activities.
  • Develop KPI reporting to monitor growth, operational targets, and emerging risks.
  • Automate communication auditing and validation processes using AI and other technical tools.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must have strong SQL skills (certification is a plus).
  • 1+ years of work experience; Financial Services or Consumer/Retail Banking experience is a plus.
  • 1+ years of experience with communication automation tools and/or CRM systems (Braze, Adobe Campaign a plus).
  • Proficiency in Alteryx, Excel, HTML, Jira, and Gitlab.
  • Strong quantitative and data analytical skills to monitor trends and risks.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to support business goals and requirements (preferred).
  • Strong project management background with the ability to determine and communicate prioritization (preferred).
