What you'll do

Own and maintain ATE test programs for RF DBF ASICs at wafer sort and final test stages.
Monitor production yield and perform root cause analysis on yield excursions and quality concerns.
Analyze ATE data to identify program issues, limit escapes, and resolve GR&R guard-banding problems.
Correlate ATE measurements with bench data to debug QA failures and identify test escapes.
Manage OSAT relationships by providing technical training, monitoring KPIs, and resolving hardware or software issues.
Implement test program improvements and validate fixes before deploying them into production.
Lead NPI cost reduction campaigns through test time reduction, multi-site testing, and hardware simplification.
Evaluate and qualify new OSAT sources using defined metrics and correlation reports.

What we're looking for

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or granted asylum/refugee status for export control compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
5+ years of experience in semiconductor test engineering (ATE or bench) and/or product engineering.
Experience with ATE platforms such as Teradyne UltraFLEX, Advantest, or similar systems.
Proficiency in Python or a similar scripting language for data analysis.
Strong analytical skills using tools like Spotfire, JMP, or Excel.
Experience with RF and/or digital ATE.
Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
