Senior Site Reliability Engineer

What you'll do

• Own the full service lifecycle from initial architecture through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Provide system design consulting and capacity planning to prepare services for production.
• Monitor and maintain service health across availability, latency, and performance dimensions.
• Develop automation and tooling to reduce manual operational overhead and ensure scalability.
• Lead production incident response and participate in on-call rotations.
• Conduct blameless postmortems to identify and resolve systemic issues.
• Embed reliability practices throughout the software development lifecycle with engineering and security teams.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
• 2+ years of experience leading technical projects and providing engineering leadership.
• Strong programming or scripting skills in Python, Go, Java, and shell scripting.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering (preferred).
• Experience with observability tooling, SLOs/SLIs, and capacity planning at scale (preferred).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
• Proven track record of driving automation to reduce operational toil in high-traffic production environments (preferred).
