What you'll do

Own the full service lifecycle from inception through continuous improvement.
Prepare services for production by consulting on system design, deployment strategy, and capacity planning.
Monitor and maintain service health across availability, latency, and performance metrics.
Drive sustainable scalability through automation and tooling to reduce manual overhead.
Lead incident response during on-call rotations and contribute to blameless postmortems.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
Strong programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, Go, Java, shell).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of experience leading technical projects with engineering leadership responsibilities.
Experience with observability tooling, SLOs/SLIs, and capacity planning at scale.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
