What you'll do

Define technical strategy for DPS platform to support AI-native workloads.
Own the vision for transforming raw datasets into high-fidelity, discoverable data assets.

What we're looking for

Significant experience (12+ years) in software or platform engineering with demonstrated impact at senior levels.
Proven ability to define and drive a multi-year technical strategy for a platform organization.
Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and reliability patterns for enterprise platforms.
Strong understanding of data platform architecture including lakehouse design, governance, and metadata management.
Experience shaping how data platforms enable AI/ML workloads and familiarity with agent integration patterns.
Track record of setting engineering standards and building technical culture that facilitates adoption across teams.
Excellent communication skills to articulate complex architectural tradeoffs to both engineering and executive audiences.
