What you'll do

Conduct in-depth business data analysis to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
Prototype data/reporting solutions to document implementable requirements for IT teams.
Design and deliver analytical reporting solutions based on standardized data definitions.
Partner with IT, Data Governance, and experts to create effective data quality monitors.
Lead or support Test Lead in UAT Execution for new or enhanced data integration solutions.
Establish and follow stabilization/production support SLAs for team artifacts and underlying infrastructure.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 5+ years of experience or Master's degree with 3+ years.
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, SQL query languages, and Python.
Experience with Azure, Snowflake, and Microsoft Fabric for data integration.
Background in supply chain management and working with demand planning data.
Track record of designing large-scale data and analytics solutions.
Ability to drive change through effective data modeling and governance.
