What you'll do

Define and lead the organization-wide platform strategy for core shared services and SDKs.
Resolve complex, high-scale reliability and performance challenges while codifying enterprise compatibility policies.
Govern platform standards through the development of tooling, reference stacks, and compliance mechanisms.
Design and develop foundational code for new projects, prototypes, and architectural improvements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship on software architecture, security practices, and coding standards.
Resolve complex API functionality issues by implementing advanced versioning and interoperability strategies.
Conduct research to identify emerging technologies and translate them into long-term architectural plans.
Orchestrate cross-functional efforts to identify root causes of customer issues and develop systematic resolutions.

What we're looking for

Must have 10+ years of experience in the field.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Experience defining organization-wide platform strategy for core shared services and SDKs.
Ability to resolve high-scale reliability and performance challenges while ensuring enterprise compatibility.
Expertise in software architecture, including system structural design and API lifecycle management.
Proficiency in implementing secure software development practices and resolving security vulnerabilities.
Ability to lead technical coaching, peer reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership.
Experience in developing innovative processes for performance profiling, optimization, and automated testing.
