What you'll do

Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary teams of backend, frontend, DevOps, and database specialists.
Drive the adoption of GenAI coding agents across the software development lifecycle to improve productivity.
Establish a technical roadmap based on cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Execute high-stakes projects including legacy system retirement, client onboarding, and global platform migrations.
Manage the full project lifecycle while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Maintain strict regulatory compliance and risk management within the financial services custody domain.
Negotiate with business stakeholders and present project status and risks to senior management.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Master's degree is preferred.
10+ years of software development experience, including significant time in Financial Services.
Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, React, and related frameworks.
Extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Linux, Oracle/Mongodb, and cloud platforms.
Proven track record managing multiple teams and delivering large-scale, complex programs.
Familiarity with GenAI concepts and coding agents applied to the software development lifecycle.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
