What you'll do

  • Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams of backend, frontend, DevOps, and database engineers.
  • Drive the adoption of GenAI coding agents across the software development lifecycle for testing, review, and documentation.
  • Define the technical roadmap for cloud-native architecture using Kubernetes, containerization, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
  • Deliver high-stakes initiatives including legacy system retirement, marquee client onboarding, and global platform migrations.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Oversee scalable Kubernetes-based infrastructure to ensure high availability and security for global platforms.
  • Ensure strict regulatory compliance within the Financial Services Custody domain by identifying and mitigating technical risks.
  • Present comprehensive project reviews and risk mitigation strategies to senior management and business stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of software development experience, with significant time in Financial Services.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, React, and related frameworks.
  • Extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux, Oracle/Mongodb database development, and cloud platforms.
  • Proven track record building and managing modern web portals and delivering large-scale, complex programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple teams or global technology teams.
  • Familiarity with GenAI concepts and coding agents and their application to the software development lifecycle.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
