What you'll do

  • Lead systems analysis and programming activities to build high-performance, large-scale applications.
  • Identify and define system enhancements to support new product deployments and process improvements.
  • Resolve complex business and system problems through in-depth evaluation of industry standards.
  • Establish coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards based on advanced knowledge of system flow.
  • Ensure all application designs adhere to the established architecture blueprint.
  • Serve as a coach and advisor to mid-level developers while allocating their work tasks.
  • Assess risks and ensure business decisions comply with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

What we're looking for

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis roles.
  • Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Web technologies (HTML, CSS, React JS), REST-APIs, Multithreading, and Java/J2EE backend technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of OOPS concepts, Data Structures, Algorithms, SOLID principles, and Enterprise Design Patterns.
  • Experience developing integrated solutions for scalability, high availability, and consistency using REST/SOAP protocols.
  • Proficiency with relational databases (MSSQL, Oracle), NoSQL platforms, and cloud tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks such as JUNIT, Cucumber, Jasmine/Mocha, and CI/CD technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
