As an Applied Research Engineer on the Salesforce AI team, you will bridge the gap between frontier research and customer-facing reality by transforming scientific breakthroughs into stable, production-ready applications. What you'll do

Translate cutting-edge AI research into stable, secure, and production-ready applications.

Roll out scalable cloud architectures for high-scale customer interactions.
Gather end-user requirements and prepare materials for executive presentations.

Field-debug full-stack deployments to ensure system reliability.

What we're looking for

Proficiency in Python and Linux is required.
Experience with React is preferred.
Experience with production cloud deployments on AWS or GCP is required.
Knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus.
Experience field-debugging full-stack deployments is required.
A solid understanding of security principles and best practices is required.
UI and graphic design sensibilities are a plus.
Ability to author high-quality, fully-tested code with or without AI assistance is required.
