Vice President, Applied AI/ML

What you'll do

• Define and execute the strategic vision for the Data Science agenda within the Client 360 organization.
• Lead the design, development, and execution of modeling and analytical initiatives using AI/ML and Agentic AI.
• Drive consensus among stakeholders and senior management across Risk, Finance, Technology, and other corporate functions.
• Create executive-level presentations that translate complex analytical elements for diverse audiences.
• Monitor trends in economics, financial markets, and analytical innovations to inform modeling and forecasting.
• Manage and lead global analytical teams to move concepts from ideation to execution.
• Oversee the implementation of advanced AI techniques including NLP, LLMs, and RAG within a big data environment.

What we're looking for

• Advanced Graduate Degree (Master’s or PhD) in Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• Expertise in AI techniques including ML, NLP, semantic searching, LLMs, RAG, and big data.
• Strong programming skills in Python and PySpark.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience building and managing global analytical teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for preparing and delivering executive-level presentations.
• Ability to provide strategic guidance and oversight to a quantitative team from ideation to execution.
• Familiarity with economics, financial products, and financial forecasting concepts.
