What you'll do

Design and build scalable Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions for customer and agent experiences.
Implement LLM-based methods and advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
Develop production-grade capabilities including intelligent search, summarization, classification, and next-best-action recommendations.
Evaluate model performance using rigorous metrics to ensure reliability, security, and scalability in production environments.
Improve data quality and establish feedback loops to enhance operational workflows.
Monitor models in production to reduce agent effort and shorten resolution times.
Translate operational needs from stakeholders into technical requirements for the full product development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and experience OR a Master's degree and experience in Computer Science.
Experience and training in Large Language Models (LLM) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Expertise in search technologies and advanced analytics to solve complex business problems.
Proficiency in at least two programming languages, such as Spark, Python, Scala, or Java.
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, compilers, databases, and systems.
Ability to learn new programming languages quickly and seamlessly.
Excellent written and oral communication skills to present findings and influence stakeholders.
Experience developing large-scale machine learning solutions for classification, regression, or recommender systems is preferred.
