Applied AI ML, Senior Associate

What you'll do

• Identify business needs and opportunities through stakeholder engagement to design technical solutions.
• Partner with product managers and engineers across the end-to-end AI/ML lifecycle.
• Develop and scale AI/ML solutions from foundational research through production deployment.
• Perform AI model evaluations and develop structured verification systems for accuracy and safety.
• Conduct research to advance the technical foundations of AI and data science capabilities.
• Monitor production performance to ensure the reliability of deployed models.
• Implement Large Language Model (LLM) techniques including fine-tuning and RAG pipelines.

What we're looking for

• Advanced degree (master’s or higher) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• 2+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions with hands-on coding and end-to-end solution design.
• Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or scikit-learn.
• Demonstrated expertise in machine learning techniques, natural language processing, generative AI, or computer vision.
• Practical experience with Large Language Models, including fine-tuning, prompt and context engineering, and RAG pipelines.
• Understanding of agentic AI systems and their design principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in cross-functional, collaborative team environments.
• Hold a PhD in a relevant discipline (preferred).
• Experience in the financial services industry (preferred).
