This role focuses on solving impactful business needs by producing innovative research and production-ready AI agents within a corporate technology environment.

What you'll do

Develop and deliver scalable AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions to meet business requirements.
Build and implement Agentic AI frameworks using technologies like LangChain and LangGraph.
Develop end-to-end production-ready AI/ML solutions across various corporate technology functions.
Write high-quality Python code utilizing libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Build and manage data processing workflows and data lakes using Databricks.
Conduct research and development to create innovative technical solutions for the firm.
Mentor and coach other AI/ML team members on professional and technical growth.
Create Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and advance them into production environments.

What we're looking for

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
7+ years of applied experience in data science, machine learning, or related areas.
Strong programming skills in Python with experience in PySpark and Spark SQL for data manipulation.
Experience in LLM Orchestration, Agentic AI libraries, and using GenAI models to solve business problems.
Experience building AI Agents, agentic frameworks, and managing data lakes/processing workflows using Databricks.
Proficiency in all machine learning techniques including supervised, unsupervised, and semi-supervised methods.
Strong experience in natural language processing (NLP) and its applications.
Understanding of AWS components, Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and financial services background (preferred).
