What you'll do

Design and scale cutting-edge Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions for customers and internal agents.
Implement LLM-based methods and advanced machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
Translate operational needs into production-grade capabilities like intelligent search, summarization, and classification.
Ensure all AI solutions are reliable, secure, and scalable in real-world banking environments.
Monitor models in production and iterate to reduce agent effort and shorten resolution times.
Improve data quality and establish feedback loops for continuous model improvement.
Manage the full product development lifecycle by defining objectives and key deliverables.
Partner with product, engineering, and risk stakeholders to deliver technical solutions.

What we're looking for

A PhD in Computer Science or Data Science with 10+ years of experience is required.
A Master's degree in Computer Science or Data Science with 15+ years of experience is an acceptable alternative.
Experience in LLM, NLP, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and search technologies is required.
Advanced programming skills in at least two languages such as Spark, Python, Scala, or Java are required.
Proficiency in data structures, algorithms, operating systems, compilers, databases, and systems is required.
Ability to learn new programming languages quickly and seamlessly is required.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills for presenting findings and influencing stakeholders are required.
Experience developing large-scale machine learning solutions for big data problems like classification or recommendation systems is preferred.
