As an Applied AI Architect, GTM, you will join a specialized team building an Applied AI function to pioneer how modern revenue teams operate with artificial intelligence. You will own specific areas of the revenue lifecycle, acting as both a practitioner and a builder to design, refine, and manage AI agents, intelligence layers, and automation tools. Your daily work involves conducting stakeholder research to identify workflow friction, developing retrieval logic, and ensuring system reliability across pre-sales and post-sales motions. You will utilize Python, APIs, and various integration architectures while leveraging tools like Claude, Cursor, and enterprise stacks including Salesforce, Gong, and Snowflake. This role solves the challenge of scaling human judgment into automated systems to improve GTM execution, requiring a blend of technical fluency in AI development and deep expertise in B2B SaaS sales cycles.
Conduct stakeholder research to identify intelligence gaps and workflow friction in the revenue lifecycle.
Build and refine AI agents tailored to specific areas of the revenue cycle using shared infrastructure.
Monitor system adoption and continuously tune outputs based on field feedback and business impact.
Embed in regional operating rhythms to ensure systems are aligned with real-world GTM practices.
Recognize patterns across scenarios to scale successful solutions as reusable infrastructure components.
What we're looking for
Must have 6+ years of professional experience in a GTM role such as Solutions Consulting, Sales Leadership, or Account Executive at a B2B SaaS company.
Must have hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that transformed real work processes.
Must possess technical fluency in Python, APIs, integrations, and prompt design to engage on architecture without constant engineering translation.
Must have strong knowledge of enterprise sales workflows, deal stages, and the daily operating realities of GTM personas like AEs and CSMs.
Must have proven field credibility for executive-level customer engagement and high-stakes business reviews.
Must demonstrate a track record of taking solutions from initial problem identification through to full field adoption.
Preferred: Product Management background or experience as a career transition into GTM or as a complement to a field role.
Preferred: Experience in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or field architecture roles within enterprise SaaS.
