What you'll do

Own the reliability, quality, and continuous tuning of all managed AI systems and outputs.
Contribute to a shared knowledge hub by validating field signals and structuring common customer patterns.
Identify recurring patterns across segments or stages to create reusable infrastructure for broader adoption.
Partner with cross-functional teams like Engineering and Product Management to ensure tools are grounded in business context.
Develop the internal playbook and framework for the Applied AI function as the technology matures.

What we're looking for

Must have 6+ years of professional experience in a GTM role such as Solutions Consulting, Sales Leadership, or Account Executive at a B2B SaaS company.
Must have hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that transformed real work processes.
Must possess technical fluency in Python, APIs, integrations, and prompt design to contribute to system architecture without constant engineering oversight.
Must have deep knowledge of enterprise sales workflows, deal stages, and the daily operations of GTM personas like AEs, BDRs, and CSMs.
Must have proven experience taking solutions from initial problem identification through successful field adoption.
Must possess strong field credibility for engaging in executive-level customer interactions and business reviews.
Proficiency with AI development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) and enterprise stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Snowflake) is required.
A Product Management background or experience is preferred.
