What you'll do

Conduct stakeholder research to identify intelligence gaps and workflow friction in the revenue lifecycle.
Build and refine AI agents tailored to specific areas of the revenue cycle using shared infrastructure.
Monitor system adoption and continuously tune outputs based on field feedback and business impact.
Embed in regional operating rhythms to ensure systems are aligned with real-world GTM practices.
Recognize patterns and scale successful solutions across adjacent scenarios within the revenue lifecycle.

What we're looking for

Must have 6+ years of professional experience in a GTM role such as Solutions Consulting, Sales Leadership, or Account Executive at a B2B SaaS company.
Must have hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, automations, or workflows that transformed real work processes.
Must possess technical fluency in Python, APIs, integrations, and prompt design to contribute to system architecture and data workflows.
Must have deep knowledge of enterprise sales workflows, deal stages, and the daily operating realities of GTM personas like AEs and CSMs.
Must have experience in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or field architecture roles within enterprise SaaS.
Must be able to demonstrate field credibility for executive-level customer engagement and business reviews.
Proficiency with AI development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) and enterprise stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Snowflake) is required.
A Product Management background or experience is preferred.
