What you'll do

  • Manage the engagement portfolio by deciding where architects embed and which projects they prioritize.
  • Track and report on key business metrics like sales ramp time and contract win rates.
  • Maintain technical credibility by personally building AI agents and reviewing system designs.
  • Partner with product teams to transition field-proven patterns into shared infrastructure.
  • Act as the executive interface to negotiate priorities and represent the team's roadmap to leadership.
  • Document and publish internal playbooks to establish the company as a leader in applied AI.

What we're looking for

  • You must have 10+ years of professional experience in GTM-adjacent technical work and hands-on building.
  • You must have 3+ years of experience leading senior individual contributors.
  • You must have demonstrated, hands-on experience building AI-powered tools, agents, or workflows that transformed real work.
  • You must have a track record of standing up and scaling a new team, practice, or function.
  • You must possess executive-level communication skills to negotiate priorities with senior leaders.
  • You must be able to define and defend business-impact measurement for a technical team.
  • Experience leading forward-deployed engineering or applied AI teams at a model lab, AI-native company, or scaled enterprise SaaS is preferred.
  • Experience with modern agentic tooling and enterprise GTM stacks (Salesforce, Gong, Slack, Snowflake) is preferred.
