Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst, Collections & Recovery

What you'll do

• Lead the design and delivery of application systems for the Collections & Recovery function.
• Guide technical direction for solutions using Java, Angular, SQL Server, and ETL.
• Design application solutions that align with the broader corporate architecture blueprint.
• Resolve complex technical and business problems by evaluating system processes and industry standards.
• Set coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards to ensure consistent system quality.
• Translate business and infrastructure needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts while allocating project work across the team.
• Identify technical risks and escalate control issues to protect the firm and its clients.

What we're looking for

• 6 to 10 years of experience in applications development or systems analysis.
• Hands-on experience designing and building applications using Java, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines for data processing.
• Track record of managing and delivering technology projects from design through implementation.
• Recognized subject matter expertise in at least one area of applications development.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to machine learning techniques applied to collections or recovery use cases (preferred).
• Master's degree in a related technical field (preferred).
