What you'll do

Provide remote and onsite technical support for end-user hardware, software, mobile devices, and related technology assets.
Manage endpoint lifecycle activities including deployment, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and retirement of technology assets.
Maintain accurate technology asset records and inventory data to ensure compliance with management policies and auditing requirements.
Perform business process analysis projects involving research, presentation, and recommendations for operational improvements.
Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests in accordance with established knowledge documentation and service level expectations.
Analyze performance data for Technology Solution Center operations through trend analysis, graphing, and report development.
Develop functional requirements for IT systems to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
Support leadership with knowledge management, training initiatives, and new product support projects.

What we're looking for

An Associate degree or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience is required.
At least 4 years of related business or functional experience is typically required.
Experience providing enterprise endpoint support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment (preferred).
Experience with IT asset management, inventory control, hardware lifecycle management, and software license tracking (preferred).
Experience working in a Service Desk, Technology Solution Center, or IT Operations environment (preferred).
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and customer service skills are required.
Proficiency in technical troubleshooting, PC/workstation hardware and software, and IT service management (ITSM) is required.
