Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst, Assistant Vice President

What you'll do

• Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs to meet specific business needs.
• Conduct feasibility studies, time and cost estimates, and IT planning for application development.
• Monitor and control all phases of the development process, including analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation.
• Analyze complex problems to provide evaluations of business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
• Recommend and develop security measures in post-implementation analysis to ensure successful system functionality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and data models.
• Support production systems through debugging, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
• Serve as a coach and advisor to new or lower-level analysts.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications.
• 6+ years of Full Stack .NET development experience.
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET/.NET 8, React/Angular, and experience building Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native applications.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure.
• 6+ years working with SQL Server (MSaaS) and Oracle, including performance tuning and database optimization.
• Experience with Python, FastAPI, Generative AI, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Financial Services experience in Settlements, FX, Custody, or Corporate Actions (preferred).
