The AOC WS Systems Engineer SME joins the team supporting the Air Operations Center Weapon System program. What you'll do

Perform hardware and software deployment, tuning, and systems administration for the AOC WS on-premise baseline.
Conduct engineering analysis on interoperability and functions of candidate changes to the AOC WS.
Provide modification and sustaining engineering, including root cause analysis and problem report management.
Support Engineering Change Request processes through creation, tracking, and management via configuration management tools.
Execute systems security engineering activities including maintaining security posture and applying USCYBERCOM task orders.
Manage POA&M entries for DISA findings and support preparation for Commander's Cyber Readiness Inspections.
Coordinate baseline releases across enterprise CONUS and OCONUS sites for AOC WS fielding and installation.
Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and respond to Tier 1 Help Desk escalations for the AOC WS program.

What we're looking for

U.S. Citizenship is required.
Active Top Secret security clearance is required; TS/SCI eligibility is preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
Graduate-level degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
10+ years of related experience is required.
5+ years of experience working in an Operations Center or related C2 environment is required.
7+ years of experience in a DoW weapons system engineering, sustainment, or integration role is required; direct AOC WS experience is preferred.
8+ years of experience with Training, Engineering, Program or Project Management in a military or civilian environment is required.
