What you'll do

Design and optimize antenna architectures to meet RF system goals.
Own end-to-end RF performance from ADC/DAC through the RF front-end to antennas.
Simulate element/array performance using EM and RF design tools like HFSS or CST.
Collaborate with calibration teams to define array calibration strategies and measure performance.
Support prototype builds, bring-up, and test campaigns for active antennas.
Provide DFM and DFT feedback for antenna boards and modules.
Write design reports and present results to leadership and cross-functional partners.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in antenna design and development.
BS degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
Fluency in Matlab, Python, or C++.
Proficiency with mainstream antenna simulation tools (CST, HFSS).
Strong foundations in RF Systems and active RF circuits design.
