IT

What you'll do

• Provide hardware support for workstations, laptops, tablets, servers, and networking equipment.
• Support specialized hardware including Zebra and HP printers and RF devices.
• Provide software support for Windows OS, MS Office suites, Lotus Notes DB, and security tools.
• Maintain site dashboards for computers, printers, servers, network equipment, and IT work tickets.
• Monitor and manage PC and server vulnerabilities to ensure system security.
• Maintain compliance with corporate IT standards, security requirements, and operational procedures.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and five years of experience in IT are required.
• Alternatively, a High School Diploma/GED and eight years of experience in IT are accepted.
• Experience must be gained in a manufacturing, distribution center, private, public, government, or military environment.
• Candidates should have experience with RF devices, Zebra printers, HP printers, network switches, and firewalls.
• Proficiency in configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft PCs is required.
• Knowledge of networking and associated security protocols is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and team collaboration skills are required.
