  • Ensure application designs adhere to the overall architecture blueprint using advanced programming knowledge.
  • Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation based on system flow.
  • Provide in-depth analysis and interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
  • Serve as an advisor and coach to mid-level developers while allocating work as necessary.
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and internal policies.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Master's degree (preferred).
  • 6-10 years of experience in UI development.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS3.
  • Extensive knowledge of core JavaScript concepts, design patterns, and responsive design with WCAG accessibility best practices.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools and strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to coach mid-level developers.
  • Experience with KendoUI, AG Grid, UI testing frameworks, state management libraries, UX design, or backend technologies (preferred).
