As an Analog/Mixed-Signal Circuit Design Engineer, you will join the Analog & Mixed-Signal team to design and deliver hard IPs for consumer products. You will take ownership of developing circuits including SERDES, high-speed data converters, PLLs, memory interface circuits, clocking circuits, and other mixed-signal blocks. Your daily responsibilities involve collaborating with multi-functional teams to architect innovative designs, driving mask designs for layout implementation, coordinating with IP consumers, and defining production or bench-level test plans. You will utilize advanced CMOS technologies like FinFET while building VerilogA/AMS behavioral models. The role requires expertise in ADCs, DACs, DLLs, filters, bandgap circuits, LDO regulators, and amplifiers. To validate these designs, you will use lab equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal generators to ensure all blocks meet specific performance targets and requirements.
