Analog/Mixed-Signal Circuit Design Engineer

As an Analog/Mixed-Signal Circuit Design Engineer, you will join the Analog & Mixed-Signal team to design and deliver hard IPs for various products. You will take ownership of developing circuits including SERDES, high-speed data converters, PLLs, memory interface circuits, clocking circuits, and other mixed-signal blocks like ADCs, DACs, DLLs, filters, bandgap, biasing circuits, LDO regulators, amplifiers, comparators, switched-cap circuits, and oscillators. Your daily responsibilities involve collaborating with multi-functional teams to architect designs, driving mask design for layout implementation, coordinating with IP consumers, and defining production or bench-level test plans. You will utilize advanced CMOS FinFET technologies and build VerilogA/AMS behavioral models. To validate designs, you will perform lab testing using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and signal generators while ensuring all blocks meet specific performance targets and requirements.
