Analog Mixed-Signal Validation System Lead

What you'll do

• Lead the design, deployment, and management of hardware and software test systems for AMS IP validation.
• Develop standardized validation frameworks and modular interfaces to improve testing efficiency.
• Architect and maintain data management structures for automated analysis and extraction.
• Create custom visualization tools to facilitate effective data exploration for the IP validation team.
• Launch data analytics frameworks and identify key performance indicators in collaboration with design teams.
• Implement software interfaces to transition pre-silicon verification flows into post-silicon production.
• Identify opportunities for modularization and standardization across the entire validation pipeline.

What we're looking for

• Master's degree or equivalent in EE/CS is required.
• PhD is preferred.
• 8+ years of industry experience is required.
• 8+ years of experience leading and developing validation hardware and software systems for AMS or SOC IPs is preferred.
• Strong programming and scripting skills in languages such as Python, C/C++, MATLAB, LabVIEW, or JMP are preferred.
• Knowledge of data processing, visualization, and analysis tools like Jupyter, Pandas, and Tableau is preferred.
• Knowledge of semiconductor technologies, IC design architectures, and EDA tools is preferred.
• Understanding of machine learning techniques for validation data analytics is a plus.
