Analog Mixed-Signal Validation System Lead

What you'll do

• Oversee the design, deployment, and management of hardware and software test systems for AMS IP validation.
• Develop standardized validation frameworks and modular interfaces to improve test execution efficiency.
• Architect and maintain validation data management structures for automated data extraction and analysis.
• Create and maintain custom visualization tools for effective data exploration and IP validation.
• Launch a data analytics framework to identify and track key performance indicators across labs.
• Develop software interfaces to transition pre-silicon verification flows seamlessly to post-silicon environments.
• Implement best practices for quality assurance on all hardware and software test systems.

What we're looking for

• Master’s degree or equivalent in EE/CS is required.
• 8+ years of industry experience is required.
• 8+ years of experience leading, managing, and developing validation hardware and software systems for AMS or SOC IPs (preferred).
• Deep understanding of HW and SW needs for validating AMS IPs from on-chip to in-system (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal analyzers, and BERT (preferred).
• Strong programming and scripting skills in Python, C/C++, MATLAB, LabVIEW, or JMP for automation and data analysis (preferred).
• Knowledge of data processing, visualization, and analysis tools like Jupyter, Pandas, and Tableau (preferred).
• Knowledge of semiconductor technologies, IC design architectures, and industry EDA tools (preferred).
