What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of sales experience in financial services, alternative investments, or B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling a regional sales or account management team.
  • Strong ability to manage, develop, and motivate direct reports with accountability for performance.
  • Demonstrated success in hitting sales targets and negotiating upsells and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of financial market data, alternative assets, and the financial services industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, professional acumen, and communication abilities at all levels.
