What you'll do

  • Develop a deep understanding of client objectives to deliver effective Aladdin solutions.
  • Identify and document business requirements, aligning them with Aladdin transformation goals.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to redesign and deploy strategic trading workflows.
  • Create and administer implementation project plans for clients, coordinating resources across areas.
  • Lead Aladdin configuration, testing, and user training to maximize client utilization of the platform.
  • Support client development needs by working closely with Product Managers and prospective clients.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in a technical role.
  • Deep understanding of multi-asset trading including equity, fixed income, derivatives, and FX.
  • Experience managing and developing teams in delivery-oriented environments.
  • Strong knowledge of trade execution and post-trade workflows.
  • Familiarity with buy-side processes and investment management workflows.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with senior traders.
  • Superior communication skills for complex concept presentation.
