What you'll do

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI systems for large-scale production environments.
Manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle including data exploration, feature engineering, training, and evaluation.
Architect scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure using modern frameworks and cloud technologies.
Build and deploy LLM and agentic AI solutions featuring multi-agent orchestration and RAG systems.
Optimize models for edge environments using quantization, pruning, and distillation for low-latency inference.
Monitor and optimize deployed models for accuracy, performance, drift, and ethical considerations.
Partner with data engineering teams to ensure high-quality datasets and robust pipeline integrations.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering field.
Master’s degree preferred; Doctorate degree a plus (preferred).
8+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
Experience with Python, ML frameworks, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience building data pipelines and implementing MLOps practices including CI/CD and model monitoring.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, agentic AI, and edge AI optimization (preferred).
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration technologies (preferred).
