AI/ML Engineer and Data Scientist

What you'll do

• Develop and deploy pipelines and platforms to organize disparate data sources into meaningful insights.
• Retrieve, merge, and analyze structured and unstructured data from APIs and databases using Python, R, or SQL.
• Prepare and process datasets specifically for use with AI and Generative AI models.
• Manage the assessment, design, building, and maintenance of scalable data platforms for clients.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and GenAI to streamline existing workflows.
• Perform data mining, statistical analysis, and evaluation of AI/ML model performance.
• Conduct data architecture and ETL processes for federal agencies or Department of Defense projects.

What we're looking for

• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• A Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in data engineering are required.
• 12+ years of experience in data engineering may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 4+ years of experience with major data science languages such as Python and R.
• 4+ years of experience retrieving, merging, and analyzing structured and unstructured data from APIs and databases using Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI (GenAI), and preparing data for use with those models.
• Experience with data analytics, data mining, statistical analysis, or AI and ML.
• Experience with architecture/ETL for DoD/federal agencies, evaluating model performance, or intelligence analysis (preferred).
