As an AI/Data Center Industry Principal, you will join the team to lead high-impact product initiatives for B2B vertical solutions. You will manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation and validation through go-to-market execution and commercialization. Your daily responsibilities include conducting market and competitive analysis, performing customer research, and coordinating cross-functional efforts across engineering, design, operations, and marketing teams to drive innovation. The role requires expertise in data centers and cloud ecosystems to translate complex, high-availability infrastructure into scalable business outcomes. You will utilize data analytics, metrics-driven decision-making, and strategic planning to develop ROI-driven frameworks and identify customer needs. Key competencies include product strategy, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to implement intelligent workflows for automation. This role addresses critical technical challenges within the AI, cloud, and data center infrastructure sectors.
Define and drive a compelling product vision and strategy for B2B vertical solutions.

Translate complex technical infrastructure into scalable, business-aligned outcomes and value propositions.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in industry verticals product and solutions management, innovation, or related roles with increasing leadership responsibility.
Advanced degree may substitute for the required years of experience.
Expertise in Data centers and Cloud ecosystems to translate complex infrastructure into compelling value propositions and marketing plans.
Experience in AI, Cloud, or Data Center infrastructure across orchestrating, product marketing, consultative sales, or technical implementation.
Proven success in full product lifecycle management from ideation through Go-To-Market and commercialization.
Proficiency in data and analytics to drive metrics-driven decision-making and identify customer insights.
Logistics experience in the vertical is preferred.
