AI Solutions Engineer Lead Senior

What you'll do

• Lead the development and architecture of agentic AI solutions, including orchestration and tool integration.
• Use AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot and Cursor daily to build and maintain enterprise systems.
• Define and implement model evaluation frameworks to monitor quality, accuracy, safety, and performance.
• Improve AI output quality through prompt optimization and model tuning.
• Gather business requirements from customers and lead design reviews with non-technical stakeholders.
• Perform technical design reviews and code reviews to ensure high-quality software engineering standards.
• Coordinate on-call support and own the system monitoring process for production environments.
• Develop and own the multi-year technology strategy for critical business areas and infrastructure.

What we're looking for

• Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Requires a minimum of 9 years of experience in multi-dimensional platforms and business and technical applications.
• Requires deep experience building AI-enabled systems and using AI agents and coding assistants across the SDLC.
• Requires experience leading end-to-end application system development and maintenance on large complex enterprise technology platforms.
• Experience mentoring others, driving teams to achieve results, and leading large projects is strongly preferred.
• Experience with US healthcare, payer, claims, clinical, HIPAA, PHI, or regulated industry security is strongly preferred.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals including cloud-native development, APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and secure SDLC are strongly preferred.
• Experience building or integrating AI agents, RAG, model routing, and evaluations is strongly preferred.
