AI Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and implement AI models and algorithms using Microsoft Azure technologies to optimize business processes.
• Build and tune production-grade RAG pipelines including document ingestion, semantic chunking, and vector indexing.
• Develop semi-autonomous workflows or Agentic AI systems with a focus on tool integration and error handling.
• Integrate advanced Azure AI services and LLM workflows into existing Angular front-ends and Java/Spring Boot back-ends.
• Perform full-stack development to create production-grade features that meet specific business requirements.
• Manage foundation model endpoints, orchestrate LLM workflows, and optimize prompt flows for complex problems.
• Evaluate and select technical strategies to deliver high-quality Generative AI features for the organization.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience in full-stack development using Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS/Sass, and Bootstrap is required.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Spring/Spring Boot, Web Services, and SQL is required.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry or Studio to deploy models and build prompt flows is required.
• Experience building RAG pipelines including document chunking, embedding generation, and vector indexing is required.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Maven, or Gradle is required.
• Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) is preferred.
