AI Security Architect

What you'll do

• Provide security architecture guidance and design reviews for high-risk AI initiatives across products, services, and operations.
• Develop "paved roads" by creating pre-approved, reusable, and secure-by-default architectural patterns for AI systems.
• Evaluate specific AI risks including data poisoning, model manipulation, and prompt injection.
• Automate security workflows such as threat modeling, design reviews, and control validation using AI and LLMs.
• Codify security decisions and trade-offs into an AI-powered Self-Service Enablement Platform for broader organizational use.
• Identify emerging AI/ML technologies and architectural patterns to inform the organization's future security focus areas.
• Translate complex security requirements into actionable guidance for engineers, data scientists, and product teams.

What we're looking for

• Hold a BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Security, or have 6+ years of equivalent security experience.
• Possess a strong background in security architecture, application security, or cloud security.
• Demonstrate understanding of AI/ML concepts and risks such as data poisoning, prompt injection, and model theft.
• Experience with threat modeling methodologies like STRIDE and secure design principles.
• Familiarity with AI regulatory frameworks including the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, or ISO/IEC 42001.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language such as Python, Swift, or Java.
• Experience applying AI and LLMs for security automation like risk analysis and compliance validation.
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
