What you'll do

  • Engage with the internal and external ML community to share knowledge and build the Netflix brand.

What we're looking for

  • MS or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong AI/ML foundations with experience training, evaluating, and deploying vision-language models and multimodal LLM systems.
  • Demonstrated research impact in computer vision and multimodal learning evidenced by publications at top-tier conferences and journals.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with common ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Proven track record of leading ambitious roadmaps to solve complex problems.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience building agentic workflows and systems for multimodal search and understanding is a plus.
