What you'll do

Develop secure, high-quality production code and perform peer code reviews.
Build and ship production-grade multi-agent AI systems for large-scale engineering use.
Drive the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve delivery speed and code quality.
Manage agent capabilities end-to-end with a focus on reliability, observability, and cost-efficiency.
Develop an applied AI platform to automate stages of the software delivery pipeline at enterprise scale.
Provide technical guidance and direction to business teams, contractors, and vendors.
Lead and mentor software engineers across various experience levels.
Design complex multi-step AI workflows including sequential chains, parallel fan-out, and conditional routing.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages.
Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript to build CLI tooling, API integrations, and data pipelines.
Experience building systems on top of LLM APIs including endpoint integration, streaming, tool calling, and context management.
Demonstrated experience leading the use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools.
Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity and security controls.
Experience designing multi-step AI workflows such as sequential chains, parallel fan-out, and conditional routing.
