JOB TITLE: AI Product Transformation - Product Director
As an Executive Director for AI Product Management Transformation in Product Operations within Infrastructure Platforms, you will lead the development of products and features that address customer needs. You will oversee the product roadmap, vision, and full lifecycle, ensuring business targets for cost, reusability, and reliability are met. Key responsibilities include establishing a Product Management Center of Excellence, coaching teams on storyboarding and prototyping, and operationalizing artificial intelligence across the product lifecycle. You will manage a portfolio of AI assistants and automations while monitoring consumption costs and governance. The role requires expertise in technical design, data analytics, and infrastructure products serving internal customers. You must navigate highly regulated industries, managing stakeholders across platform engineering, architecture, and enterprise strategy to drive product management maturity.
Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, risk management, and business growth targets.
Lead the entire product life cycle from planning and execution to retirement and scaling.
Establish and lead the Product Management Center of Excellence to define organizational best practices and governance.
Operationalize artificial intelligence by owning the portfolio of AI assistants, automations, and cost controls.
Coach and mentor the product team on solution generation, market research, prototyping, and delivery methods.
Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
Embed business, risk, and regulatory alignment directly into product management practices.
Measure and drive the adoption of product management practices across the broader technology organization.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
Experience leading a product management function, practice, or Center of Excellence.
Experience building and scaling enterprise product management practices, operating models, or Centers of Excellence.
Experience managing platform or infrastructure products serving internal customers.
Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing product managers.
Hands-on experience developing AI-enabled assistants, automations, or workflows and evaluating high-value use cases for adoption.
Experience operating within financial services or another highly regulated industry.
Recognized thought leader within a related field (preferred).
Understanding of technologies across the infrastructure stack, including compute, storage, networking, cloud platforms, and developer tooling (preferred).
