The AI Engineering Operations Analyst joins the Engineering Operations team to support execution and operational effectiveness for Data Center AI project initiatives. This hands-on role focuses on tracking progress, organizing information, and facilitating communication across a global team. The analyst will manage program plans, track milestones, and consolidate technical status reports into executive-ready materials. Key responsibilities include coordinating AI demos, maintaining an AI Agent skills and prompts library, and developing automated reporting dashboards to monitor capacity and resource usage. Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and timelines for internal AI project initiatives.
Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables while identifying risks and driving action items for leadership.
Consolidate weekly status reports from technical leads into executive-ready summaries and presentation materials.
Coordinate the logistics, content, and documentation for AI demos across the organization.
Maintain a centralized repository of demo content and an AI Agent "Skills & Prompts" library.
Build automated reporting tools, such as dashboards and trackers, to monitor capacity and resource usage.
Design and scale repeatable operational processes by leveraging AI tools and agents as digital teammates.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field; OR Associate's degree and 2+ years of experience; OR High School Diploma and 4+ years of experience.
Experience in program analysis, operations, process improvement, project coordination, or technical program support.
Strong interest in AI and technology with the ability to follow technical discussions.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills, including expertise creating professional PowerPoint presentations and executive-ready slide decks.
Practical experience prototyping solutions and demos using AI, and building or managing AI-enabled workflows (preferred).
Comfort working in fast-changing technical environments with evolving priorities (preferred).
Background in AI software development, HW engineering, or technical operations (hands-on experience a plus, not required) (preferred).
